look a little closer, so is the S on her other hand. Also look along the top edge of the sign toward the right of this image, that is remnants of a painting tool that was not properly blended into the background as demonstrated on the left one. the left sign is done well enough that it does not have any noticeable clipping issues with fingers or obvious painting, and could be a real sign with how well it has been done. But the right sign has obviously been changed from its original text.
