Its very likely not an accurate representation. Anyone with any photoshop skills could do something similar years ago. Though its not moral or humane to disseminate this type of content so there would be a civil case for defamation.. or so I would think. Maybe you could get away with it if you clearly indicated that it was some sort of parody. Edit:Some of these are likely legally underage.. at what point can you charge someone for pedophilia?
