People are asking "why no press conference"?

This was a fake to show Biden can answer questions being yelled at him without a teleprompter and off the cuff. He isn't capable of doing this. He can't handle being barraged with questions. It panics him.

Ahhh, so they have him in the basement with a green screen doing multiple takes of this until he gets it right, then they slap the background and mics on. Nobody but the well-paid-to-keep-quiet camera people in his basement know.

Thing I noticed, the mics are out of focus, and Biden's hand is in focus when it is in front of the mics. This is not possible.

You totally can, just hard crop Biden's hands and add a layer between the background and the cropped hands. If Biden is the added layer it's because they want to control his appearances; if media is added it's because they want to claim he has been seen publicly. This would then be intentional incompetence to get people chasing phantoms or incidental retardation from expecting secret service to do good digital replacement.
