Seriously though, they hire goys to monitor and repair when they cannot. You wouldn't need just one little snip like a circ(NSFL)sion. It would have to be death by a thousand swords...and that would be a hate crime...

It could be done by drones. On a hourly basis. Make it too expensive to maintain.
