The consensus certainly seems to have settled around $33K for now. I think the next stimulus bill will send prices higher and we'll see a number of folks putting their check directly into bitcoin.

Grayscale was still purchasing bitcoin at 5x the mining rate last week, for an estimated $100M. The funding will eventually slow down in favor if ETFs, but that is more than enough to continue pushing the price upwards.

Bitcoin mining is capital intensive, centralized, monopolized & thus only marginally better than a central bank. Prove me wrong.

Yes you are right.

Bitcoin is currently no different that what goes on in the Art world. Your coins are only worth more if someone wants them more than you. Until all commodities are priced in Bitcoin, such as oil, they will continue to fluctuate wildly as they have no intrinsic value... just like Art.

Not too late bro. Whatever you put in now, will 3-5x by end of year just in BTC, then sell before the next crypto market crash in Jan-Feb of next year. You will get more than 3-5x if you buy into Ethereum (ETH) or Chainlink (LINK).

I have a monero somewhere, I just don't remember where I put my wallet. It would be nice to convert the xmr to btc.

Monero is currently at 140$, and will go up. If I were you, I’d trade that for Link or ETH, then switch to BTC when they begin the reversal toward Sept-Nov, then sell the BTC in December before the downturn.
