The volatility is the dollar/bitcoin rate. It just shows how worthless the dollar is.

Scams are routine in finance. The world's largest ponzi scheme is the dollar itself. I bet you don't shut that down.

Bitfinex has not shut down, and this was a settlement, not a fine.
