Every crypto exchange has customer service issues. They try to provide trading 24/7, and they get huge spikes in demand whenever the price swings one way or another.

Coinbase doesn't do their customers any favors though. They should make 2FA a requirement like most of the other exchanges already do.

Yeah, but if you use a T-Mobile phone for 2FA on a 6-figure asset, you're gonna have a bad time.
