The Cucknadian government just told crypto exchanges they couldn't do business with any of the protesters or accept crypto from certain addresses. It worked easily because almost no one would take crypto directly for goods and services, so someone had to convert it to CuckBucks.

It would be a little more difficult in this Swiss town because they'd have to ban every business from transacting with protesters. It would just be harder to police.

Switzerland is not cucked as far as I'm aware and supposedly its not an easy country to immigrate to.

I think the more likely threat would lie with the vulnerability of whatever means of storing your bitcoin that you choose.

Also its worth considering that bitcoin is worthless in a grid down situation.
