Not surprised by this at all. I remember a few years ago Vice released a newsbit where they had an antifa operative from Europe fighting and leading a Kurdish unit. I wouldn't be surprised in the least that these leftoid insurgent groups send people into conflict zones precisely to receive military and intelligence training. I'd keep an eye on anyone who's been to Ukraine, Venezuela, Turkey, Syria, Israel, Egypt, Libya, Rwanda, and any other country currently experiencing civil unrest.
