I read and it's clear they're simply standing neutral on this matter. They're not throwing hero kyle riflehouse under a bus, denouncing his actions, praising antifa, or donating to some alphabet charity hoping for an arson pass. The kid just happened to be wearing their merch when he was photographed after his release and they were getting attacked for stupid people assuming they were in any way involved in the kids bail. The kids mother should've come to the jail with a change of clothes, preferably some comfortable dress wear.
Though, I'll agree, it's stupid they're not capitalizing on this happy coincidence. Knowing a lot of them are combat vets who're special ops, they clearly understand the strategic landscape better than they otherwise let on. I'd understand them taking this opportunity to cut ties with The Blaze. Never good when a client bites the hand which feeds it.
