That's not exactly accurate, those levels are anaesthesia levels, but depending on the type and what other drugs were present it could certainly be a contributor to death. Chances are it wasn't the only thing he was on.

The nigger died from fentanyl. That's it. His heart conditions may have been the avenue "used" by the fentanyl: but the groid died of drug overdose.

The autopsy isn't relevant to my point. 3ng/mL is painkiller levels, like other opiates. 7ng/mL is a more accepted potential death point, but much stronger doses are often used in medicine.

11ng/mL is enough to knock most people out, so it's amazing that he wasn't blacked out, but I'm sure he'd been doing the stuff for a long time and probably was tolerant to it.

You are correct. He died of a cocktail of pharmacopia, of which Fentanyl was a contributing factor. 11ng/mL didn't kill him.
