"We did do something, we sat in our car, and ate some donuts, then called the paramedics." Just declare blacks exempt from accountability to the law, they cannot commit a crime no matter what they do, and when cops learn a perpetrator or suspect is black, they just abandon the whole call, or refuse to answer it in the first place. Unofficially of course, they pretend to be doing their jobs, but in actuality they are only doing it when the suspect or perpetrator is white. Sounds great for blacks, right? Except that blacks really fucking hate one another, and once they realize that police aren't going to stop them from killing each other, it's going to be a bloodbath in black areas. The cops can even cite the ruling that they aren't required to respond to every crime or emergency. The fact that they are responding to some of them is enough to justify cutting them a break. When blacks complain, they can say "if you know the criminal is black, maybe you shouldn't be calling the police, you should be calling mental health or community workers" "We do, they won't show up to an active crime scene" "Then you just wait for the criminal to finish their business"
