Why do blacks get overwhelming targeted by police in black neighborhoods? Why are black neighborhoods poor? Why are they stick being poor while even black immigrants don't have this issue? Why are multi generational US blacks crazier on average than a black immigrant from Africa? Why are so many blacks continuing to go to prison see the effects and then act in ways that will take them to prison? Why do they glorify gangsta life?
