I believe they lowered the charge from a felony to a misdemeanor. Killing someone’s immune system doesn’t seem to be a crime anymore, just ask Pfizer, Moderna, etc.

You need to keep in mind, though, that Calfornia is huge state, at 163,696 square miles, and San Francisco is but a tiny speck on the map. Los Angeles is a lot bigger, and almost as crazy but more spread out. In the state overall there are 58 different counties containing 482 incorporated cities, as well as many more unincorporated communities and towns, and lots of rural land. There are quite a few places, generally outside of the major cities and college towns, where life is still somewhat tolerable, despite the commie statewide government.

I applaud that sentiment, but at this point I like many others: 1) am not currently in a position to be able to flee the state, although I am working on that contingency, and 2) I do still enjoy the surroundings of the California locale where I live.

There again, a misdemeanor now, although I hear it’s not prosecuted. Maybe each crim’s total for the year should be calculated and brought up to a felony once they reach the $1001 mark; that would show em!

I’ve never been there either, and don’t plan on ever going. I’m probably good on the whole western US at this point. Unless we wanna go visit my family in Texas, that’s as far as I’ll go.

Did you catch the last UFC PPV? In the prelims Dominick "the dominator" Cruz won his fight. During the interview at the end he said some epic shit.

It went something like (not word for word, the fight was weeks ago), "We are strong together, they are trying to keep us separated, Get together, that's how we are powerful.".

He said it, not once but twice, to a global audience of 100+ million viewers. I know it had the tribe kvetching so hard, I could feel it.
