This guy is worse than Kackala. Remember to vote against him at next Presidential election. He turned every residential area in California into high density neighborhoods with everyone building rental units in their back yards under his state law allowing people to subdivide their property. Then low income housing subsidy programs brings the ghetto in to rental units. HOAs can't stop it.
