Source? From what I can tell that (temporary) wall and the 6.6M figure are from a renovation project back in 2016.

Seeing as you're top comment I hope you won't mind me leeching on to your statement about how Canada's parliament is getting renovated.

What stage it's at I don't know but those walls look more like the ply-wood walls you get around a construction yard.

Although that does look like a construction wall, the ply-boards that help with keeping in noise and shrapnel while construction work is going on.

If this is real (from this year), I apologize in advance, but I can't find anything about it (somebody would at least have a fake news story about why it's a good thing, etc.). If it's fake, it's exactly the kind of posts that ruin sites like Poal.
