Honestly they're my favorite, I've got a couple lever actions now setup in a 'The Rifleman' fashion. They have the wide loop to flip one handed and a screw in the lever to depress the trigger each time it's closed. There is nothing as satisfying as a lever action until you get into .50 cals and bushmaster autocannons. My favorite is easily my .410 shotgun gauge lever action. Those slugs really throw some absolute hate down range quickly.
