Sounds cool, but stupid and illogical. A simple shoulder mounted rocket launcher or some drones would end the attack before it even starts. There is no sneaking up to a coastline these days. Especially with ships that size. Do they think the enemy will sit back and wait for them to fully dock with each other? Do they think the enemy will wait while they lower the (slow) hydrolic legs? Aside from the 1hr offload time, I'm willing to bet docking and stabilization also take at least an hour. Not to mention the sea has to be pretty calm for all this docking to take place at all. Everything about china is fake and gay.

No military is going to bring these boats ion first. You bring this stuff in after you have secured the initial beach head.
An assault on a beach needs resupply. You dont land this type of ship, Until you own that beach, then the 2, or 10 hours it takes to set that ship up, doesnt matter.
