The reason is simple: everyone competes with everything that has as already been created. Niggers cannot compete with contemporary composers, not to mention the classics that came before. Rap music sucks and can't compete with music that's hundreds of years old. Niggers are upset they don't have the cachet that Mozart or Chopin has so they explain it away as racist.
