Yeah buddy. Just to try it out, I went out yesterday morning in shorts and barefooted to feed the birds and squirrels. It was different. 3 degrees and below zero wind chill in 4" of snow was different.

Happens all the fucking time. I remember a winter in the U.S with winds at -65f and even days 60f in december.
