The agreement will create ocean sanctuaries

Otherwise known as Americans can not touch those regions for any reason, but China and any other "poor" nations won't be held to the same standard.

I think we all understand anything the UN dictates only applies to "rich" western nations. We are subservient to all others.

Same for China..IIRC, some article I read a while back said something like 75% of the trash in the ocean was dumped by China, more than twice the rest of the world combined.

I read something like that not long ago. Seen a few videos a few days back, truck after truck backing up and dumping in India. Third world mentality.
