They support rationing food, travel and energy for other people. But not themselves.

It's not about the climate, it's about controlling populations by removing their ability to travel, defend themselves, provide for themselves and eventually to gain sustenance. They indent to starve to death the vast majority of the human population.

Here is their criteria:

Approximately 1% of the total U.S. population meets these criteria,” the Committee to Unleash Prosperity’s study explained.

Of the elites surveyed, 73% identified as Democrats and 14% as Republicans.”

That's a nice definition, but I'll have to agree with my 15 year old self and say there's "no such thing as elite" but there is such thing as elitism as practiced by jews.
