Why is it a SHOCK that WOMEN DON'T WANT TO HAVE STEM JOBS.

If women wanted to be in STEM, they would be. There is NOTHING stopping them in the USA. They simply don't want to work in STEM or if they want to work at all (stay at home mother/wife). Stop pushing women into a workplace they don't want to be in.

>Ten years ago, it seemed everyone was talking about women in science. As the economy improved in the years after the Great Recession, women were slower to return to the workforce, causing alarm, especially in vital fields like computing. State and federal leaders turned their attention to women in science, technology, engineering and math, known by the acronym STEM. Over the next few years, they poured millions of dollars into increasing the number of women pursuing STEM degrees. But the rate of women who attain those degrees has hardly improved, according to an analysis of colleges’ data by the Public Policy Institute of California on behalf of CalMatters.

Baffling.

If only we could figure out what women did best.

Women say they don't understand how men can think about "nothing". Men don't understand how women can TALK about "nothing".

Talking about nothing is what women do best.

This is this still the dumbest shit ever. Might as well set a goal to get more fags as line cooks in fast food because they are an underrepresented group.

Yes, it is just weird sometimes which things they decide to bitch about...

It’s like their dna was specifically designed for something bigger. Baffling we just don’t know what it is.

This (get women into the sciences) has been a thing as long as I've been alive (and before,) and will be long after I'm dead.

They just don't want to be there because it doesn't appeal on a base level. The idiots that keep pushing will never be able to understand that.
