Adding a 1400sqft addition on the the back of these peoples house.
I was going to comment on a freaking huge ass deck, but an extension makes more sense.

Slab. We are just waiting on the permit and then we can start on the pad and plumbing that needs to come up through. I'll be posting progress pics over the next month.
