Since there is only currency creation, currency has not dried up. This is the problem. There is unlimited currency. The way to stop this is to go back to gold backed currency. But the criminals won't allow that.

All I can think of is the CDC believes it has achieved maximum damage and is now ceding the war to another agency. The war against us citizens has not subsided, but this war tactic is now being dismantled for the time being. It could reappear in a new form though.
