I don't consider this man a "victim". He's old enough to know better. Putting blind faith in another person because they have a paper certificate of authority from an establishment he knows is corrupt is the issue here. DYOR.

Absolving people of personal responsibility leads to communism. Assuming what he's claiming is true, the doctor needs to be exposed and have her license revoked, but he shares responsibility for not doing a quick internet search and getting a second opinion about the dose of H2O2 before taking an IV.
