Why just tennis though, why aren't we seeing this in vax-cucked sports across the board?

My guess is the amount of sprinting in the sports. Idk, really no idea. I doubt they'll look into it too much because then they have to admit that it was the Vax.
That would explain baseball but why doesn't the NFL, NBA, and Hockey have a significant roster shortage?
I remember hearing about hockey having some issues too. NFL and NBA didn't make the vax mandatory, so maybe there are a decent amount of players that refused.
