I think our longevity is going to go down quite a bit due to the corruption and destruction of the medical establishment. Or maybe it will go up because nobody will trust doctors anymore and will start taking care of themselves.
I started trying to fix my eyesight by not wearing glasses when outside and trying to engage them on objects of different distances. They say myopia is due to eyeball shape, but your eyeballs are supposed to stop growing around 20. My eyesight went to shit around 16-35 and coincides with when i stopped going outside regularly. So I dont believe that its eyeball shape in many cases.
