I am not surprised, at all, that "top people" are not injected beside the obvious scam (we all have seen videos of fake injections) there is also the fact that some "batches" where just placebo make sense, for quality control, you got to have a reference you go to the injection and you are well identified (not anonymous), so, they can give you the "right" injection .... getting a bit scared ? I try to stay REALLY far from "doctors"
