That's all it takes, too. They don't understand it was already unleashed and they can't stop it. There are very inventive and intriguing ways that people are circumventing regulation as we speak and I doubt innovators and people who study law will ever be outmatched. This is kinda why striking first in a fight is so important: there's a great advantage in being the one who takes initiative and, frankly, the regulators just strangle business the more they impose. They must straddle the line between a permeable market and an avalanche of USD exodus, as well as USA. They stand a lot to lose by over-regulation and driving out investors and this game of cat and mouse can only keep up for so long. Frankly, I don't see how the regulators realistically catch the mouse.
