Stablecoins are dodgy on principle. Theoretically you could create a 100% deposit backed Poalcoin that holds Poalcoin to USD at a 1:1 ratio. But...what the flying flapjacks is the point? Just hold USD.
All these stablecoin weasels are trying to back it with bonds or pump and dump schemes so they can pretend it's stable while feathering their own nests.
