Sometimes the "old" ways are better. Now, this is not exactly super old tech but it is proven. Why the fuck did we stop putting solar/water heaters up? Especially in cold climates? Adding some modern automation to it would be cool as long as it can be easily bypassed if there are any issues or if something fails. Also, I want this guys shop's/land/etc.... Maybe one day.
