There is no reason to print that headline unless you are trying to create a panic on purpose, or callously exploit a pandemic for clicks. Because otherwise, you would simply write the headline “medical supplies running low due to hoarding (“stockpiling”),” and include data about the bodybag situation in that article.
Not sure where you got that quote, but it's at least party true. Hey, have you seen yet? This guy has clearly used the same strategic method as myself to come to his conclusions.

Saw your mention in the JBP post as well. I am familiar with his prescriptions, but plan to give that a listen as well since I haven't really looked at his rhetoric in a couple years.
