Africanized bees move in, lower the property value of the entire apiary. Tale as old as time.
Fly by stingings are just the start. They don't fight fairly and are quick to swarm. They steal from hard working European bees because they don't produce enough on their own. Any little sound sets then off, hell just being near them is enough to prompt them to attack.
