The reason there's no anti-venom (and why there basically CAN'T be one ever) is because cone snail venom is like a fingerprint.

Each is unique to the snail it came from.

Cone snails have the ability to literally customize their venom's effects by mixing different levels of over a dozen different toxins that all interact differently and can even react with each other to become new toxins.

This is done seemingly at the snails own will, meaning that an anti-venom that works for one snail, won't save you from another even if they're only a few meters apart.
