I think we should stop stigmatizing the "youth" who do things like "The Choking Game", "Roof topping", "Train hopping", "Car surfing", my personal favorite the "Fire challenge", "Tide Pod Challenge", "Milk Crate Challenge" and many more. It's part of their rich cultural expression.

Stop! If you're not arresting people for car jacking, shoplifting, violence or assault or rape, certainly trying to stop youths and teens for being young is ridiculous! Being stupid is not a crime!
