During Covid, we got newer and different product protection devices to combat the theft in Portland. Almost all were defeated within a day. When they actually bothered stopped a thief, they'd all say they learned how to defeat them through "Online engineering classes", which we came to find out later were "Classes" that showed how to rig batteries and magnets to defeat the product protection.
