That stain was installed with the intention to pacify investors/advertisers - for now.

It's a really bad stain. Elon may have to SHOUT™ it out before it really sets in.

That is just asking the corrupt system to judge and penalize itself. What incentive would it have to do that? Any such law suit would fail miserably.
