I have a solution:
"Hire" all of those niggers in Europe to build a submarine to go down and collect the waste and dispose of it in Africa. It'll take them many tries to get a submarine that will survive the depths, and surely they will lose many in their attempts, but that is a sacrifice we are all willing to accept.
