On January 15, 2020, Kenneth Alan Niesen was struck by a car. Kenneth owned an automotive repair shop that had recently been burglarized, and he noticed the stolen items were being offered for sale online. Kenneth and some friends arranged to meet with the seller, Pierre Anderson, in a public place. However, as Pierre fled the confrontation in his vehicle, he ran over Kenneth, killing the 58-year-old father of two.
