if basically you go straight up...to come straight back down, would there even be re-entry?

I was gonna say, I don't think they even [totally] broke atmosphere.

My understanding is they did not go up high enough to have the heat damage

Yes, if you go high enough you exit the atmosphere and you will re‐enter it when you come down. The heat happens when you are moving at a high lateral speed and you use the atmosphere to slow you down upon re‐entry. The womens’ flight did not need to do that, so their capsule did not heat up.

The bitch is more scorched than the capsule.

This is an example of how the 《media》pushes the 《stronk & brave》agenda. Design form fitting "uniforms" Lots of photos; try to hide mis-takes Trailer capsule to deserty area Tigjt shot of stronk, brave, aeronaut posing for a magazine cover Bank on majority of people being ignorant of atmospheric travel Criticise "noticers" as sexist, misogynist, etc.

My understanding is they just went right up to the edge of space and never actually left the atmosphere. So yeah, I could understand why the capsule wouldn't have any kind of damage to it. But what I really think is the whole thing was a fake and gay psyop.
