Anyone who thinks we're on a spinning ball probably wears a NASA t-shirt and licks ice cream off the ground.

Is it? So I went to the beach last year and had a buddy with a boat meet me. I decided to test this flat earth idea, so I had him boat out at least 4 miles. I would note every 20 seconds if his boat was still visible, and he would note every 20 seconds how far out he is. I dont have the exact numbers in front of me, but after a few minutes I could no longer see the boat. When he got back we synced up the times and it turns out I lost sight of the boat just around 3 miles.

So if I lost sight of the boat (with binoculars) how could the earth be flat?

And why did I lose sight of the boat at the same distance as what the radius of the earth is expected to be?

It's due to perspective. If you had a strong enough camera zoom or a telescope, you would be able to bring the boat back into view.

Show us how to see the Southern Cross constellation from the northern hemisphere. Also show how Polaris, the northern pole star, is overhead in the Arctic and on the horizon on more southern latitudes. Please use perspective to explain these phenomenon.

These people are so dumb, it is really sad they could be so ignorant to reality.

Yes, perspective limits our view of the stars. This video explains better than I can: https://www.bitchute.com/video/zMCL7aMvP19Z/

But I did it while there was a much bigger barge in the background... but way farther out. I could still see the barge, but not my friends boat. So that doesnt make sense.

Whatever, but this argument has been disproven and rejected over and over.

there is also atmospheric perspective, the further distance there is more gases getting in the way, and there is more air dense air closer to the surface. Also the hotter the day the more evaporation making visibility poorer as well. So as your friend gets smaller the air gets more cloudier.

That's because the barge is bigger. You need to move even further away for larger objects to shrink/disappear.

This is like thinking santa claus is real.

What, thinking we're spinning at 1000mph?

Flat earthers are retarded. There's my argument. Oh... you think its based on flawed opinions, deliberate misinformation and conjecture? You don't say....

[–] 3 pts

It really shows their blatant lack of knowledge in math and science. They don't realize the nonsense that is coming out of their mouth, and none of them have ever taken a serious physics or astronomy course.

The projection from globetards is astounding.

God damn.. Flat earthers are so ignorant.

The problem is when you're lied to about everything for so long, people lose track of reality.

So they think they are being lied to about the very planet they live on.

Humanity is fucked.

[–] -2 pt

Is that an argument?

[–] 1 pt

No, it's the truth. It saddens me greatly that people en masse are so ignorant and blind to reality.

I know NASA are liars and full of shit and there is plenty to be suspicious of, however, I don't think the Erf is flat. If it was then why are my balls round?

[–] 1 pt

Why are mountains still wide as they vanish over the horizon while driving on a flat road?

[–] -2 pt

Because they are mountains...they are much wider than tall.

Do you have any videos that show what you are talking about?

[–] 1 pt

Do you have a car? Do you have eyes? Brain?

[–] 0 pt

There are a lot of obstructions and I don't have mountains close enough nearby. Surely a video shouldn't be hard to find.

I guess the Space Coast in Florida where I grew up is the center of the Globe conspiracy and that this entire area is in on it.

So, flat earther. Are all the other planet flat too or just this one?

What about: - Gravity - GPS -Polaris -Seasons

You must also have a whole new set of physics to explain mass, tidal waves, elliptical orbit, Milankovitch Cycle. What about adiabatic auto compression, lapse rate, Ideal gas law, atmospheric composition. You must also have another set of physics to explain centrifugal force and why our O2 doesn't escape into space.

Whaaat?! A downvoat? With no argument? On this site?!

Couldn't be.
