The Duck's fave prosciutto preparation: peel and de-seed a cucumber, slice lengthwise into sticks, wrap in a slice of prosciutto, and accompany with cheese, crusty bread and some cheap Chianti (or a nice Amerone or Barbera).
This sounds good.
I buy it from the deli so it's sliced to order. I don't get the most expensive available in the area, but it's very good imo. After a certain price point there are diminishing returns.
