I mix ham and bacon with chopped shallots and garlic, thyme, salt, pepper and butter.

Can't go wrong with prosciutto. Try adding it to other stuff that calls for ham or bacon, always great results.

Sounds good. Never tried prosciutto in a quiche.

I probably would not have thought about it, but I had it left over along with mushrooms and spinach from this ravioli dish I made. I tossed it all together in a pie shell from the freezer and was very happy with it.

I freehanded it.

Sara Lee frozen pie crust.

Scramble four eggs mixed with, half and half, shredded cheddar, grated Romano, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Lots of bella mushrooms, some onions, and garlic. I sautéed these until tender, add the prosciutto and spinach cook briefly, then add all that to egg mixture and put in pie crust. Bake at 350 until set.
