Prey vs Predators.

Prey have their eyes moreso on the sides. It helps with a wider field of vision for observing predators before they get to you.

Predators have their eyes focused forwards for depth perception. Typically they don't have to watch their back.

Imagine trying to pounce forwards onto a target with your eyes splayed sideways. Not the best. This is generalized, yet in such true.

Now that's a cursed image. I think the editor put the eyes a bit too close together though.
