As the elevator stopped, a federal agent tapped Colmenarez on the shoulder and gestured for him to come over. Colmenarez attempted to make his getaway, darting away from the elevator as agents ran after him and tackled him to the ground. During the chaos, an elderly man with a cane was taken out and fell to the ground, seemingly in pain.
