Ha ha! I actually preferred g+ over FB back when I was still a sucker. Wasn't happy when they killed it & hoped the new enterprise version would fail. Looks like I got my wish.
G+ being forced down everyone's throat in order to do anything on a Google property beyond the basics kind of annoyed me.
I tried G+, but I didn't use it much and it seemed like every time I signed in it had changed. For some reason, G+ was convinced that I wanted material presented in Urdu, including poetry and dating sites. Google has a history of where my searches came from and what language I use, I never could figure that out. It wasn't an interesting thing, so I just gave up on it.
I guess i just don't get the Fecesbook thing.
When I say preferred I'm mostly talking about the layout. It just felt better imo. By the end its was just joining groups talking to folks about tech or car, music. It was fun but otherwise useless.
