All cops who refuse to enforce the law on these people while enforcing it on their victims should be strung up by the neck from telephone poles lining the main street of whatever town they supposedly are serving.

The answer is yes, we do expect you to arrest them, or at least admit you dont have control get the fuck out of the way and let us handle it. The truth is they do have control, they could shut it down a bunch of different ways. They dont want to because the leadership in every city is run by people that benefit from the rhetoric and drama these people cause.
