I don't know why these people who claim to be "so brave" can't find it in themselves to ACTUALLY fight for what they claim to believe in.
Watch some footage of Iraq and Afghanistan "firefights" for context. They mostly hide behind cover and wait for air support and it's pretty uneventful. You'll never see a Normandy style charge to overrun a position these days because everyone is too good to die for this bullshit.
Most of them on the other side aren't that great either so if they were actually willing to do something, it could be anyone's ballgame. They just aren't rebels though.
They'd need someone with authority and social standing to lead them, maybe devolution could (or is) working.
