Ronald McDonald house is a scam anyway. It’s ‘free’ but they charge thousands to your insurance to stay at their place while visiting your sick kid. A hotel is cheaper per night and doesn’t have all the weird restrictions. They make you go to bed at like 9-10pm, and you are basically forced to interact with the other parents (including derpass obeasts visiting their babies in the NICU). Nothing they do is free so idk why they act like it’s a charity, it’s just an insurance scam. When my daughter was in the NICU we paid hotel costs ourselves rather than take the ‘free’ help from McFat’s ‘charity’. Though I guess I have to admit, we are lucky to have been able to afford the hotels. Some families can’t. We slept in the hospital a few times too, that might be a better option for them. But yea I never thought highly of that place. They were always control freaks. So them kicking out unvaxxed really doesn’t surprise me at all.
