Oh, and that annual flu? Much of that is a collection of variants from the 1918 pandemic, allowed to thrive and mutate to continue killing tens of thousands every year because a hundred years ago people thought it was more fun to argue about masks than to stop a contagion.

6% of 850,000 is still alot of people. Covid only, means the other deaths were because they caught covid with underlying health conditions. They have always said those with other health problems were at higher risk of severe disease and death. That's not new.
Enough to mandate vaccines, shutdowns and masks for two years?
They can see the evidence and that they’ve been lied to but won’t allow themselves to believe it, they want the moral high ground.
